Is something up with Secretly Canadian support? I’ve been emailing them for two weeks about a refund/exchange for a defective pressing and I haven’t even gotten an acknowledgement.

I haven't heard anything. They usually are quite good about responding. Hopefully their customer service person is OOO / on Vacation and it isn't signs of a new normal.

Nothing different for me... I've only really emailed about swaps and generally hear back in 2-3 days.

I think it was the Claud record. I did recieve it.

I think it shipped a couple days before the month of July was over. Site shows it as the August release. Next few months are looking solid!

So I'm going to assume there's going to be a black friday membership discount again. Has anyone renewed with a membership still active? My membership ends with January's ROTM as I signed up late but the discount code still worked lol. Not sure if that'll be the case again.
