I also sent them to info instead of orders, so I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt, but every time I’ve sent emails to info before, I got responses.
 
Finally got another response and things are cleaned up with the last 3 shipping my way. Although did tell me if I resubscribe to create a new account so this won't happen again. Not sure what happened that I'd need to do that, but whateva.
 
After seven emails over seven weeks, I got everything taken care of today, eventually. First they just said “we’ll send your December ROTM today” but the shipping email had my old address that I changed with them over a month ago, and didn’t include my add-on purchase from a month ago. Then they asked “well, what’s your new address?” And I had to point out it was the one on my account.

Too bad it’s a Christmas album that I will now get after the holiday.

I got a secretly membership for hatcihes and angel olsens albums and I didn't want mays or julys albums and I was hoping to skip until I found a album I wanted to buy. Then they announced the august album as being flood by stella donnelly which I was excited about because Its something that I would have bought anyways if it wasn't included with the membership.

I’ve enjoyed most of the Secretly selections, and a bunch of them are things I would have paid full price for anyway.
 
I forgot about the skip feature and this was my last month! I enjoyed it, but wouldn’t have bought most of these at full price. Gonna take a break and let their backlog build up again. Looking back I swapped 5 of 12.

The concert perk is sweet though… hopefully they don’t remove me from any upcoming guest lists I’m already on lol.
