Any word on your issue?I haven’t yet, but I will. Today is the first chance I’ve had to take a closer look since it happened.
Not yet, thanks. I’m in a little bit of a holding pattern until I can drive up to Fidelis in NH to get it checked out. That’s where I bought it originally. I’m hoping to get up there in the next few days.Any word on your issue?

I’m finally not the FNG any more!Looks like I'm joining the club!
Anyone want to buy my Vinnie?
Haha!I’m finally not the FNG any more!
Honestly though, moving up to an Insight was probably the single most noticeable improvement I’ve made to my system in the years I’ve been spinning - basically since I moved from cheap carts to decent carts. I’m excited for you!
One thing you’ll notice is that no one regrets a Sutherland purchase.Haha!
I know it'll cost me with vat & customs but still works out over £600 cheaper than I could buy new.
Been following this thread since the start, as well as the one on the forum that shall not be named. Always been on my list but hard to get here in UK. Taking a massive leap of faith.
Haven't told the wife yet! So forgive me when I throw the Sutherland crew under the bus when I get rumbled!!
Been so excited all day when it popped up on my email. Kid and Candy shop.spring to kind.
Thanks for the input. Appreciated!

Everything was different, but I actually didn’t have it connected to a turntable, it was connected to my laptop via an inverse RIAA filter. I brought it an hour or so north to Fidelis on Saturday so they could check it out. Have you ever brought your car to a mechanic because it was making a weird noise and when the mechanic takes it for a spin they don’t hear anything? Well, yeah. They hooked it up to a nearby system, dropped the needle aaaaand... sound from both channels.Out of curiosity, when you said your 20/20 is now in a different setup, does that include a different table/cart? I ask because I had an issue one with my Zu/DL-103 where one channel from the cart went out. It took a fair bit of trouble shooting to figure that one out. Zu replaced the cartridge and all was well eventually.
On the other hand, if it’s happening on two totally different systems then it’s like the Sutherland.
Did you demo the Prima Lina EVO300?Everything was different, but I actually didn’t have it connected to a turntable, it was connected to my laptop via an inverse RIAA filter. As I said, the only constant when I hooked it up the second time was the 20/20. Interconnects, source, power supply, and output; I got the same results. I’m listening to it now and it’s all good.
I was just headed over to the tube thread to talk about that.Did you demo the Prima Lina EVO300?
