Yes. I unsubscribed.Anyone else starting to receive 4-6 of the same emails from Blue Note after purchasing from them during that big sale?
one of the best feelings in the world is unsubscribing to all the lists I don't need at the holidays.Yes. I unsubscribed.
I think I keep receiving emails from them because they use all the gmail variations I used that time when they had the wheel thing on a sale.one of the best feelings in the world is unsubscribing to all the lists I don't need at the holidays.
Has this been confirmed by Blue Note (or anyone?)
It certainly seems true re: Classics, but I've never seen anything definitive about Tone Poets (hence some of the CRAZY prices for currently OOS titles).

I "believe" its more a general statement than everything is in the process of eventually being repressed now. Seeing BN do not have their own pressing facility (just the power of Don Was) they are at the mercy of the pressing plants like everyone else. I can confirm Roots and Herbs has a "repress date" of 1/14/22 but things can always change to. Saying that it would be great to get represses of ones everyone has missed first time, just hope they do enough and get those discogs prices down. Some of the previous represses have been small numbers and only gone to a few shops and not widely out only to sell out quickly again.I mean, with the sheer amount of titles, the current pressing plant delays, and the high demand for these, it'd be really hard to keep them ALL in stock, all the time. They're re-pressing a few of them now, I believe Roots and Herbs is coming soon, and like you said the classics seem to be high priority. They may very well be trying to keep all of them in print currently.
