Jerry is just doing it for the attention. Kellen Moore (who to me feels very overrated as an OC given the jobs he had over his career) will be the next Cowboys HC. But he won’t tip his hand until the Eagles - Rams games kicks off. He loves to have the media’s attention. Plus this is mutually beneficial for Deion, he will use this to squeeze more money out of Colorado and to help with recruiting.
