I've given Raymond, Clay and Zucker more feminine items by accident (clicking too fast on my gift selection screen) but they all rock their heart aprons/long dresses occasionally. Clay also looks absolutely ADORABLE in his ribboned gardening hat.

I’ve only done it once by giving Coach a frilly blue ballerina onesie thing... he loves it

Y’all are really nice to your villagers. I gave Bubbles a moldy dress the other day and she loved it.

I gave Goose (our jock villager) a pink sewing machine early on by accident and he still has it in his house. I honestly wish he'd get rid of it

I try to give every neighbor a gift each day. My wife has gone a step further by crafting gifts for each of them because she says they appreciate it more 🤷🏻‍♂️
 
And so it begins... Redd officially set up shop today and I was able to check out his art. Bought one painting but I won't know if it's a forgery until tomorrow 😓

To be fair, there are sites that will help you with this stuff but it feels like cheating to me this early. He's also selling color variants of furniture items. I got a red toilet paper/plunger set for my bathroom and there's also a gray elephant playground slide. I don't know if he'll be there everyday now or just show up once or twice a week. I think I'd prefer the latter.
 
My modem took a shit, our IP customer service location on the island is closed indefinitely due to an employee contracting the virus. I can use hotspot to connect to the game but for some reason it won’t allow for me to visit other islands. So bummed.

sorry. no help here. I bought at 97 too and if not for you guys on here I would have been in trouble because my Nook's prices were never above 86 the entire week. my price is currently at 40.

For a minute there, I thought you were talking about your ISP customer service on your animal crossing island and was VERY confused...Hope it gets fixed for ya soon. At least you can still access your island. I can't really do anything today...shop and museum are both shut today for upgrades!

Oh damn! I ended up buying at 98 at my buddy’s island. Yes you can buy from anybody’s Daisy Mae. The only slightly annoying thing is having to take multiple trips if you fill up your inventory and want to buy more.

It also doesn’t affect your sell prices on your own island, but my friend had turnips for sale for 90 on his island last week so I grabbed 3 full inventories of them.

What do you do with that many bells? I’ve only sold high twice and I’m already at a “what do I do with all this” stage. I’m enjoying the game via item collection, mystery islands, and terraforming now but money isn’t really a thing, and yeah... only sold two inventories in the 500’s.

Well I haven’t built out my island nearly as nicely as yours so far! I’ve been moving houses and buildings. I didn’t fully think out where I put things initially. Then I still owe Tom Crook 2.5 mil or whatever it is for my basement. I honestly think I probably have another few weeks of the game left in me once everything is built out and customized more how I like it, then I probably won’t play too much anymore haha. I’ve only done one huge sell so far. This is probably my last huge sell.

I also don’t do a ton of fishing, tarantula farming, etc to make money anymore so turnips are my main source of income.
