Whats the best way to get someone to move out?

There are a few options it seems...

1) essentially bully them hah. bop them in the head with your net a lot. ignore them any time they say your name and run at you. never talk to them. Eventually, they will want to move out.

2) If a camper shows up, just talk to them over and over again. They'll have you play a card game and if you win it, they will move in and you can choose who will move out.

3) Sometimes villagers will be walking around sad and say they want a change of scenery and you can just say yea! do it!

Also, Redd hasn't been at my island for about 2 weeks now...WTF is that slimy bastard at?

He showed up twice on my island, but hasnt been back for weeks. Between the Redd bug and the bamboo bug my island is very buggy and not in the good way.
