Whoa Goose Island in China?!

There's a lot of money to be made here, with the craft beer scene growing I won't be surprised if I see more of this happening. There's now two American craft beer brewery's here in Shanghai (stone, goose) I'm excited to see who follows next.

really good 5-6% IPAs and local pumpkins in the pumpkin beer



7 Seas Brewing - Tacoma

Wonderful sour, decent IPAs, very cool space that had an AMAZING sandwich place inside it.



Ghostfish - Peak Buster DIPA 9.4%

really nice IPA that hides the liquor well, I was feeling it the next morning. Also not pictured is Elysian - Space Dust IPA. Also very good



Propolis Brewery - Port Townsend WA

I was not a Saison fan before going here, but this brewery changed me. I only ever thought Saisons were too sweet. This brewery uses fruit and botanicals to create some extremely tasty Saisons and Dubbels. They were so good I got a couple of bottles to take home. Highly recommend, go to their website and order a case, you won’t regret it.
