The Taproom (aka Anything and Everything Beer)

Down south for a wedding and my wife picked up a sampler pack from Terrapin Beer Co. Very hoppy and strong IPA that actually goes down much smoother than I expected looking forward to round two where I get completely trashed because I'm a light weight!

Terrapin Beer Co Depth Perception imperial IPA

Been drinking a lot of non-alcoholic beer at the moment. A lot of pretty good ones.

It's a glorious time to be sober and still enjoy beer. The craft non-alcoholic beer just keeps getting better and better. This organic Session IPA is nice and light; their regular IPA is better than a lot of IPAs I had back when I still drank! I had very little interest in non-alcoholic beer until I found out I could get a good IPA.

I’ll grab one when I get the urge for a beer as it both curbs and satisfies the craving. Something psychological about it.

I’ve found that drinking any more than 2 beers, maybe one if it’s a hoppy boy, is making me feel pretty ill. Replacing it with non-alcoholic beers was an easy swap, and I definitely feel better for doing it. Will still dip into a real beer every now and again though.
