Yup that is what I think as well. Just saw the email - A VMP Anthology so nice, we pressed it twiceI think it's just a repress and not a 2nd edition.

I'm mad. I have an original. Don't sat something is limited and then make more. Maybe sell the individual titles but not the entire box
I feel this and at the same time have learned that with VMP words like "limited", "classic", and "essential" are just words without meaning
Nothing surprising about this. They've gone against their word for years, with the one year I was a member included ('19).Don't sat something is limited and then make more.
If it makes you feel any better I'm going to assume this is going to have the new pricing and be pressed at gz, so you've still got a "premium" versionI'm mad. I have an original. Don't sat something is limited and then make more. Maybe sell the individual titles but not the entire box
The 1st press was GZ as well. They did a good job (both VMP and GZ) I thinkIf it makes you feel any better I'm going to assume this is going to have the new pricing and be pressed at gz, so you've still got a "premium" version
Strawberry Rain has been reissuing some dope Zamrock titles on their own if you want to spend some coin…I am both sad that it's not a new Zamrock anthology and also happy I just saved a bunch of money... I should use that money to buy records...
So what? If there is demand, why deny others the opportunity to enjoy the music without having to resort to flippers?I feel this and at the same time have learned that with VMP words like "limited", "classic", and "essential" are just words without meaning
I'm on this tip, for sure. Hell they should press a million of them and then have to have a huge sale where they discount all the anthologies at buy-1-get-2-free.So what? If there is demand, why deny others the opportunity to enjoy the music without having to resort to flippers?
Because some people treat collecting as an investment rather than just listening to the music, so when a company says something is "limited" those people view it as something that can possibly appreciate in value, only to find out that it's not so limited after all.So what? If there is demand, why deny others the opportunity to enjoy the music without having to resort to flippers?

But I still have the more limited version with the messed up jacket AND the mispressed Schizophrenia.Just wait until VMP represses the Blue Note box
