Wow, I actually got a good one of those right off the bat. I think. Now I'm scared. I went thru 7 TVOTR and never got a totally clean one however...Took me 4 total for my OutKast pressing, I wonder if this will top that

Guess it's all luck then! My TVOTR had just a trace of noise, only by the most anal standards for a few seconds so I never bothered seeking a new one out. My final OutKast was a frankenstein between three copies for cover and LPs, if they did a return and replace model I still would be without a good copy....

Man, just got another copy of Lord Willin’ in today (gifted my last copy to a member here, forgot who), and damn, I forgot how great this pressing sounded and how excellent the album is. Pleased to have it in my collection again.

The Get On Down copy I picked up for like $20 sounds alright. For me It was worth $20 and far from the worst Hip-hop album I own on wax.

I really hope VMP make Clipse’s “Hell Hath No Fury” a Rap & Hip-Hop ROTM sometime this year! In my opinion, it would be the best R&HH ROTM to date!!!

Because I want VMP to make it special! VMP made N*E*R*D’s Fly or Die 45RPM and it sounds amazing apparently! I’m sure they would make Clipse’s Hell Hath No Fury sound much better than the Get On Down/current pressing!
Hell Hath No Fury is definitely an album I would love to see get the VMP treatment!!!

That happened to me with a copy of Speakerboxx/Love Below but I didn’t realize it for a long time and at that point couldn’t return it. Was a huge bummer.

Technically you didn't even get the album because that disc is all bonus tracks (And TBH, I didn't care for that disc).

Did you ever get both records for SB/LB? I love Groove Armada and when they announced those on vinyl I had to grab them. Bucket List live show for me.
