Agree their QC is all over the place and when something is damaged it absolutely needs to be replaced. Their policy now is too strict and they expect people to cave in and accept a small credit. But I've seen people get new copies of records for a slight ding in the sleeve and then flip the "damaged" records over on reddit at above the price they paid. I personally think that's taking advantage of the policy they had.HARD DISAGREE! Their QC is all over the fucking place!
@Ghost is 100% in the right asking for a replacement or full refund though.
