Especially their debut album “In Search Of.....”. It’s an absolute masterpiece and was definitely one of the best albums of 2001! (That is, the electronic/original version of course).

Ooh I prefer the rock spy mob version personally but love both. The rock version just had an edge for me

Honestly, I think it really depends on the song. Rock Star works way better with Spy Mob while stuff like Lapdance worked better as an electronic version

But it is a great album! I am so happy we are getting this as an exclusive! But yeah.... agreed that it shouldn’t have been a Rap & Hip-Hop ROTM!

Bad album, bad choice.
I’m willing to bet we’re gonna see this being sent to people that never wanted it again. I feel it’s pretty easy to sell out an album when you do that lol.

They also may have anticipated some of this and pressed less copies than many of the previous ROTMs. I know there had been a tightening of pressing numbers, so that may be one reason. Also, the inventory system may not update in real time.

It probably hasn’t sold out! I honestly doubt it! But it is a very alternative kind of record, by a really innovative, fun, trendy, rebellious, skaterboy band, so I wouldn’t be surprised if a lot of people jumped on it!

The thing that made me swap with the quickness was the Madden Brothers guesting on a track. It’s a rap-rock album for dentist offices and elevators.

The only place I could still find it was Fat Beats and it's full retail at $85 bucks. Everywhere else has dropped it completely.
I want it, but I'm not sure if I $85 bucks want it.

I pre ordered on amazon but it disappeared. I still have it in my orders list but with no expected ship date. I read somewhere it's due to be released I think around 3rd week of January

Huh, I thought that wasn't going out until February. Or maybe they just assume our expectations are it takes 2+ months for them to ship anything.
