Oh god, is Coolio the front runner?

I had a weird experience with Coolio. When I was at Uni he did a gig at our campus and at the end went to the bar and chatted to people. He was super creepy to a few of my mates (girls). One of the guys were chatting to him saying he recently learnt how to play Gangsters Paradise on his guitar and Coolio said he would come to the house the next day for a jam session. So the next day we were at the house not really expecting him to turn up....but he does. He cooks up a massive meal for everyone, drinks a bit, then jams out to Gangsters Paradise.

Now for the creepy bit. The guy must have been 50 at the time, yet we later realise that the reason he turned up is that he wanted to sleep with one of the girls (and I know that saying this is awful, but let's just say she was known for not holding back when it comes to such things, especially if she could say it was someone 'famous'). She was around 19-20 at the time. Coolio was around 50. The guy seemed nice but that's still very creepy to me.

Definitely an “ewwww” kinda situation if he’s around 50 years old and is trying to have sex with someone 30 years younger! Age is just a number in the end but I think it only makes the situation “ewwww” because Coolio is trying to pick-up/sleep with the person 30 years younger! 🤷‍♂️

It’s not even that bad in the end, but it’s just such a big age difference and they haven’t been talking for that long or anything. Like if they went on a date, I wouldn’t be like “ewwww” 😂

Yeah I think we all just saw it as him taking advantage. The girl in question didnt help herself at all, but still pretty predatory (if thats the right word) for him to take advantage of his status like that.

Yeah, I think the taking advantage part because he probably knows he can get away with it, is why i react with an “ewwww”! Not so much the age gap thing! Even though that does make an impact too! 😅

100%. If he was an average joe then there would be no chance he would be able to be in the position he was in. It was originally a student night when we first met him (only students allowed in the venue) on Uni campus. On top of that, he was constantly creepy with comments and stuff. As I said, the girl certainly didn't help the situation, but still he was a fully grown adult with a group of teenagers.

So he wasn’t coming across as funny with his comments?!? I can imagine myself laughing heaps at the stuff he would’ve been saying!!! 😂

Omg, and the Coolio cooking and dancing would’ve had me going “yaaaas kween! Dip it low Coolio! Work those damn hips daddy” 😂
