Vinyl Me Please Rap & Hip Hop

i think flockaveli has the highest chance of being the 2010 album... its an album that fits snug into R&HH and its not in print so it would be a good way to get some trap fans to spend 40 bucks
I think Big Boi’s Sir Lucious Left Foot has the highest chance of being the 2010 R&HH pick for December, because VMP have a strong relationship with Big Boi, interviewed him and Sir Lucious Left Foot was very well received, and fits more into the VMP’s target audience! 🎯

Love your wife’s ratchet/hood/gangsta/badass music taste! I love it!!! 😂😍👏

Imagine how crazy she would go if she found out the VMP Rap & Hip-Hop ROTM for the 2002 pick was Kings Of Crunk by Lil Jon & The East Side Boyz! 🔥🔥🔥

It is pretty funny how we both love hip hop but have extremely different tastes within it. Although actually we do still have a lot of crossover appeal; getting Fishscale on wax this month was a no-brainer for both of us.

If you missed TA13OO and need the VMP version Denzel is selling it on his site:

His site also has the tour edition up and the red version is on Amazon both cheaper than the VMP one

Great album. if they could stick Royal Flush and Sumthin’s Gotta Give on there too would be awesome.

I think If were getting stankonia and erykah Badu we are not getting big boi

There is such a thing as too much of one group

In this three-month stretch? I think I agree with you. Sometime down the road though, I'm sure Big Boi is almost a certainty.

On the other hand, if VMP wants to tempt OutKast fans to sign up for multiple tracks...

i mean i mostly think that the 3 month stretch having 3 months of outkast related content seems way too much.. its kinda overkill

Musically, much more overlap with her and D'Angelo/The Roots/Soulquarians.

Addressing the overkill...

I could very well imagine an Outkast fan who doesn't really like Badu and vice versa. I also don't think if anyone ever played like 4 Outkast albums in a row and then put on a Badu album I would hear myself saying "Can you put on something else, that's enough with this Outkast stuff." (I would've said that when they started the 3rd Outkast album)

Plus, there is no such thing as too much OutKast 😁
no offense but i say there is such a thing.... i only understood them very recently so i am pretty sure there are some people who dont want the nothing but dungeon family
