That's where I'm at with it. We're actually in here encouraging other members to try the work around and I'm seeing people saying they'll try it before wanting to impose on having someone else order it for them. For those people to have their orders pulled after that would be pretty messed up. If the gateway was being utilized to cart 10 copies a piece though, they need to put the kibosh on those.

Elli finally responded to me today. I did all those things including twitter comments and DM. I made a reddit account yesterday just to send Pauly a DM. Didn't try CCing Matt. Not sure any of it mattered or not.

If they tell me my Otis is "sold out" I will be livid. They offered me an extra album for my trouble.
 
Is the Shabaka not released yet? Shows as shipping in 3-5 days on their store.

I asked for it as my bonus and she said something about not being able to do pre orders for swaps (I'm not sure why a bonus album for my trouble is a swap though).
 
Well, she definitely seemed very overworked, as there was some serious confusion, but after some back and forth, I've been told they'll be sending me my Otis and a Shabaka for my trouble.

I wish they would prioritize their CS department to get to reasonable response times and give their workers a reasonable work load.

This has been going on for years, though. At some point you just have to accept who they are and decide if the membership is worth the bullshit.

Omg, far out! I’m listening to Oliver Nelson’s Skull Session and I really, really wish I didn’t miss out on it! The title track is just so damn good! That track is so exotic, smoking, has a rich, deep groove sound and is so lavish and indulgent! 💎

Like fuck, I really missed out on this one. And to make it even worse, this is one of the best looking colour variant’s VMP has ever done! Really gutted I missed out on this.... 🥺

I've been a member in some form for over 5 years. Other than the spreadsheet days, I've experienced all of their nonsense.

People are still buying from them (i.e., anyone on this sub-forum who isn't here just for shitposting) and shouldn't just accept it as the normal cost of doing business and be quiet.
