I didn't know this was a thing. How do you look up your ticket?Hey... I have an open ticket with VMP and I can't see my tickets any more on their ZenDesk site. Is anyone else not able to see their tickets anymore?
I've been waiting almost 3 weeks for a response....
I believe you could look up your tickets once you logged into ZenDesk to see the status of your issue.I didn't know this was a thing. How do you look up your ticket?
My Townes Van Zandt order got 'lost' and one of the records is no longer in stock. They offered me a swap for anything in the store up to $35. Suggestions that I may have looked? I still have a few months left on all three tracks, so nothing from those.

If those 5 people bought more than 2 copies, cancel the orders. If not, LET THEM LIVE.
I don't want to see anyone from here that opted to order it themselves, rather than having a member do it for them, lose their order.
