The markup on that Shabaka is just insane. You could probably flip the el-p and get it though...

Also it’s a terrible pressing. My copy has clicking and wooshing for the last 30s of three sides and both discs are warped. Maybe it’s just my copy, but I have a hunch.....

It’s a spectacular album! I really enjoy spinning that one when I spin my Classics ROTM’s!

I sent in a request today but with shipping and response times, if I get a replacement it’ll be in at least a month I imagine.

Its not the worst card stock but it’s definitely on the low end of the quality scale. The idea that this package sells for $40 is a joke.

I plan on just placing the 7” inside the VMP De Stijl jacket, as it contains a single from there! So happy I snagged a copy of it!

I was able to remove the additional track after confirming a swap for it, decided I wasn’t that arsed about El-P.

You can still drop it before the start of June. At least I think so.

I'm on a monthly and my main (only) track is Classics. Can I swap my main for $29 in credit, and then add RHH for $23 and swap that for Albert King?

This seems to have worked for me, but I guess it remains to be seen how much credit I get on 6/2. I suppose it's possible they only give me $23 credit.

I am grandfathered in to the old $29/month plan, but my membership page says my current plan is $31/month. Is $31 the cost for new 1 month subscribers, or did they raise my rate without informing me? FWIW, my membership says that my current plan is both the 1 Month plan AND the 12 Month plan so...

such a cash grab. there've been what feels like 30 variants of that single over the years, so that was easy money for VMP to suck out of the crazy TMR completists. I gave up collecting TMR stuff about 10 years back when I missed out on a Vault due to a lapsed credit card and I think I have three versions of that single at least...
