If this is Bon Voyage (I know they had it on exclusive clear for a while, but I thought it sold out) I highly recommend anyone who doesn't own it to give it a go. It was one of my favorite records of last year, just a really cool and creative project.

Yeah it looks like it’s still available in the store. Really confused as to why they don’t put that in swaps, they used to. Now they just give us obscure shit that I have to talk to myself into liking lol as if I would choose to spend $27 on the Phantom Thread soundtrack if it wasn’t spoon fed to me. Those sneaky bastards.
Just commenting on the pressings here. I have Charlie Collins and Middle Kids. The Middle Kids is a 45 RPM so there's a boost right there. I thought the Charlie Collins was a nice press. The only vinyl copies of this one I've seen is the VMP version.
I have the indie version of Faye Webster and MEC and I think they're fine...I would imagine VMP would be comparable, but I can't comment directly on the VMP versions.

Just a quick note for those who ordered the woodstock box from vmp. Looks like rhino is selling the individual volumes 1-4 as 2 or 3 lp sets on coloured vinyl. They list the 3lp sets as 50$ and 2lp sets as 35$. So if you buy all four you should be able to get the same 10lps of music for 170$ instead of 280$. Info is from the price list on the rhino site. Have not checked retailers prices.

I think VMP has the "tie-dye" variant exclusively, but $110 markup for a different color on a 50-year old release is pretty insane.

yes , they have the tie-dye and the fact that they are selling as a complete box exclusively. Nevertheless, a 64% aarkup for that in comparison to another colour variant seems steep to me. if i had ordered it from vmp i would try to cancel

Yodel customer service is a total waste of time. Cannot find my parcel now for over a week. Still says ‘Slight delay’ on profile. Not responding to web chat and phone version charges 20p a minute and will have you waiting for 10 years. 5 VMP records ‘lost’ in the back of a driver’s van. Useless

Oh man, I had a pretty pricey record 'delivered' by yodel (Beck - Sea Change Mofi). They claimed a middle aged white man took delivery. I checked the parcel area and it wasn't there. My building concierge confirmed there were no yodel deliveries that day, checked the CCTV and even went to the building next door and checked their CCTV for me. I went back to yodel asking for a representative to come and look at the CCTV times when they claimed delivery and they then said its actually now the seller that has to deal with them and not me.
Screw yodel.
