"You guys ever sending that McCoy Tyner and Cornelius out? I was told multiple times that it would be sent at the beginning of this month, given the same boilerplate message time and time again about how there was, yet again, another glitch in the system that caused this, and now, almost two weeks into the month and with people getting this current ROTM already, I want an actual answer on the status of my order. It's my money you're holding hostage and I'm not the only person you're doing this to."
"I find it more absurd and more telling of the inner workings of the company as of now that I can get two notifications of two records I ordered being sent out separately (with only one tracking number, mind you), but apparently, it's now difficult to just bundle together someone's pre-existing (and now, over a month late) order and continue to delay the inevitable when said customer contacts you frustrated and bewildered at how they're being treated. And you wonder why people are leaving you guys."
