Preacher's Sigh & Potion: Lost Album
This is a decade-old Emmylou Harris-inspired album from Matthew Dear made over a period in 2008-2009 and out in June via Ghostly. We have it on Opaque Maroon vinyl.

Not that I can find. Kinda ridiculous. I noticed Tidal and Billie Holiday just came back.Is there anyway to actually see what's been restocked without randomly searching through the whole dang store?
Did Tidal? It's still waitlist for me. Must've gotten like a couple copies left over from swaps. Not that I can find. Kinda ridiculous. I noticed Tidal and Billie Holiday just came back.
It wouldn't be half as bad if they didn't tell members they would be notified of restocks. I feel for those that were waiting for something that came back in stock and sold out without so much as a peep. I don't know why this is so damn hard. This is all so damned dumb.
Yeah it was back up for a couple of minutes tops lolDid Tidal? It's still waitlist for me. Must've gotten like a couple copies left over from swaps.
Thankfully I finally pulled the trigger last swaps then. I'm not holding my breath on notifying anyone of anything coming back in stock. Gotta refresh all day like a madman.Yeah it was back up for a couple of minutes tops lol
Paulium weighs in:
Give them a break. They are a small company and they lost the manual for the webstore and they have only had 16mon to learn the new software. Stop picking on them. That dev team has been working hard for like 3 years now![]()
What with the where now? They're blocking everyone but new members from getting restocks?Allocating restocks for only new subscribers is a very, very strange way to do business.
In the Reddit thread Pauly mentions that the restock allocation was a system error and that those titles were supposed to be available to only new subscribers lol. What with the where now? They're blocking everyone but new members from getting restocks?

I'm starting to think VMPs business plan is just the execution of a load of dares they agreed to implement after losing big at the tables on one mad night in BlackpoolOh so it's one of those "sign up now and start your membership with ..." deals...
Actually makes perfect sense. If you want a particular album (for example I joined for "I'll Sleep When You're Dead") you're going to be more likely to join if you can get that album right away, not wait until it restocks. By holding on to them they tempt potential new subscribers to join. It's about getting the foot in the door, and you're not going to do that when the current month's selection isn't to everyone's taste. It may seem unfair to hold on to stock to bring in new subs, but from a business standpoint it's a solid plan. If I couldn't get ISWYD at the time when I wanted to join, then I would've likely held back until the month really spoke to me, if at all.Allocating restocks for only new subscribers is a very, very strange way to do business.
