Oh I know, I am just a constant apologist. I apologize for stuff that is my fault and a lot of times about stuff that isn't my fault.I was in no way serious. It happens.
You should've been born Canadian.Oh I know, I am just a constant apologist. I apologize for stuff that is my fault and a lot of times about stuff that isn't my fault.
My Muddy Waters order shipped today. Every time you place an order a dice is rolled, if you roll a 1 it ships bundled, if 2-6 then it's YOLO-shipped.So I bought a couple records during the sale. Figured they will wait to ship them with the ROTM in December since that is what I indicated for my shipping. Nope. I got shipping notice for 1 record on Monday and just got shipping notice for the other this morning. 2 different tracking numbers. This why their records are so pricey, we all have to pay for their fulfillment incompetence
Man, VMP's famed customer service is pretty silent after asking why we paid $239 for an anthology that's SUPPOSED to be $167 according to their own email.
Yeah, I'm going to try and be patient. Just so weird that they just suddenly jacked up the price by $50 when the sale was supposed to still be going. Not a small amount when you consider conversion rate too.Give it a day or two or pop into the discord. I'm sure they'll fix that from the sounds of it.

EDIT: I will definitely rage though if they offer me store credit instead of a partial refund.
Email said Anthologies on sale this week only (on Tuesday) with Vanguard at $167. Bought at $239 on Friday. No official end date on the email but it would be pretty shitty if the sale ended on say the Wednesday considering the email offered nothing specific as far as dates go.If the email clearly says what the sale is/how long I think you'll be fine. I imagine there's a lot of emails post Thanksgiving they're catching up on is all

They really need to clean up their communications at the end of the day. Even if the sale was over they should honor that price.
So they've offered $72 in store credit. What the actual fuck.I think you'll be good! Hope I'm right

I'm asking them to convert it into membership credits instead if they're unwilling to refund the difference.
I'm alright with membership credits if they're able to, but honestly if they don't that cancel membership button is gonna look real appealing.I'd ask for the refund. My guess is they try to keep the credits first but they fucked up so probably worth pushing
I have found that their default is to always offer store credit. If you push back, they usually refund or do what you actually want.I'm alright with membership credits if they're able to, but honestly if they don't that cancel membership button is gonna look real appealing.
This is a fuck up with their own advertising.
EDIT: CS got back and offered the refund or membership credit. All good now.
