My Muddy Waters order shipped today. Every time you place an order a dice is rolled, if you roll a 1 it ships bundled, if 2-6 then it's YOLO-shipped.

Yeah, I'm going to try and be patient. Just so weird that they just suddenly jacked up the price by $50 when the sale was supposed to still be going. Not a small amount when you consider conversion rate too.

EDIT: I will definitely rage though if they offer me store credit instead of a partial refund.

If the email clearly says what the sale is/how long I think you'll be fine. I imagine there's a lot of emails post Thanksgiving they're catching up on is all

Email said Anthologies on sale this week only (on Tuesday) with Vanguard at $167. Bought at $239 on Friday. No official end date on the email but it would be pretty shitty if the sale ended on say the Wednesday considering the email offered nothing specific as far as dates go.

They really need to clean up their communications at the end of the day. Even if the sale was over they should honor that price.

I'd ask for the refund. My guess is they try to keep the credits first but they fucked up so probably worth pushing

I'm alright with membership credits if they're able to, but honestly if they don't that cancel membership button is gonna look real appealing.

This is a fuck up with their own advertising.

EDIT: CS got back and offered the refund or membership credit. All good now.

I have found that their default is to always offer store credit. If you push back, they usually refund or do what you actually want.

Wes was super helpful, was getting nervous that the default option was store credit. I probably wouldn't spend it in a year.
