Yeah, Furnace is ok for sure, but part of the collectibility they offer is that this is the first real run from the plant. It’s not major, but it’s still sort of a thing.

Yeah this is sorta true and I get that side of it, however in five years no one is going to care where it was pressed and if it was the first record pressed there, the value will all be in whether it's done well or not, wherever it's pressed.
In my opinion.
