Seems like I always have some new Willie, Johnny, Hendrix, and Neil. This year, Dolly has joined those ranks in big way.I was tempted by the Willie box but I had Stardust and Red Headed Stranger already so today worked out well with store credit I had saved. With the country Willie AOTM coming up I’m getting plenty of willies coming at me.

This is on my list. I was disappointed that I didn't have enough time last time I was there. If you are ever in Memphis, this is a very cool Museum to visit. it was only like $15 bucks and a nice tour!
Currently trying to talk myself out of also ordering the Albert King album...
EDIT: I got it. 4 album TBT. Oof.
That's good to hear. I was debating picking that one up too. It's probably my favorite Albert King record though, so I bought it hoping it sounds even better than the original I own. That one sounds amazing, best sounding record in the whole box I think.
I absolutely will!If you are ever in Memphis, this is a very cool Museum to visit. it was only like $15 bucks and a nice tour!
I’ve been hit with tax on membership and store purchases for a few years now I think. I’m in NYHas VMP started charging tax for store purchases for everyone now?

I have been hit with state sales tax for a few years.Has VMP started charging tax for store purchases for everyone now?
I’m in Texas and have never been charged sales tax from VMPHas VMP started charging tax for store purchases for everyone now?
I actually don't remember the last time i WASN'T charged tax from VMP. someone mentioned if you buy a gift card and use that for the full price of a purchase you don't get hit with sales tax, but even then I was charged sales tax (not on the gift card, but the purchase I made with the gift card).I have been hit with state sales tax for a few years.
Yeah, but their fulfillment is there so it makes sense. I wonder what makes them charge tax in some states but not others. Obviously states like Colorado where they are based are a given.I’m in NC, I’ve always gotten tax from VMP.

May want to check and see what your state legislature is up to. It's possible Tennessee recently passed a law requiring taxes for online purchases. It happened a couple of years ago here in Virginia. Been paying tax on VMP purchases since 2020 or so.Yeah, but their fulfillment is there so it makes sense. I wonder what makes them charge tax in some states but not others.
