Wasn’t the idea with box sets historically that you paid less per disc as you were buying multiple at the same time. I liked it when that applied. It made sense. Unlike nowadays. Nowadays I feel scared and confused.

the only reason to buy the box set is if you didn't get the complete masters LP when that came out (which had the archie shepp stuff and the first live show), and you don't want to buy the UHQR or acoustic sounds version or the official version of the seattle album

Having Rob Jones on staff makes me think we may get more stuff like this soon and I'm here for it. 7 day run will probably mean they print whatever is sold plus an extra small %

FWIW I love the album and play it regularly. And still there’s no way I’m dropping 3 bills on outtakes and widely available live material. I don’t think I could even rationalize it at 40% off.
