The thing with the Idris is I think it's like part 4 or 5 of a series of box sets so I don't believe it's actually a best of, just best of the rest really. I think...

this ones cut by Cicely. I have a bunch of the Fela box sets from Knitting Factory and I think they are mostly generic in-house cuts. you can often find those box sets on massive sale--think the Badu one went as low as $65 at one point. Jackets are real thin bois but the sets are nice. I think I have 4 of them now?

completely different things. the box sets are full albums curated by different artists.

my issue with the box sets is that there is some overlap in a few of the boxes, where they included the same albums I believe.

This is a compilation that was on CD and is absolutely killer, but like anything it's a compilation and your mileage may vary.

yeah, that's what i was hoping, but said single-use & apparently that's the case. i also figured i could just get a new one via SheerID, but now that's saying "we couldn't verify you w/ the info you submitted," so who knows? at least i used it for a good sized order, but maybe should've saved it for an Antho down the road if it's the only one i'll ever get...
