Made you look more sophisticated, that’s for sure. Also if I didn't use that semi colon properly don't @ me. I don't wanna hear it.
It's more annoying because JUST YESTERDAY Freddie Gibbs said it would be shipping with my next ROTM. I was hoping to be surprised but I guess not
See, I just assumed that I wouldn’t get it until December. So for me, I am still on track to get it about 2 months early.
I'm not gonna @ you for that. But not using a comma at the end of your dependent clause is an @-able offence. Also if I didn't use that semi colon properly don't @ me. I don't wanna hear it.

This is why I never got the "We're going to post exclusives as soon as we know about them......." and delivered god knows when. These delays are insane. I just checked my orders. Only two exclusives I'm waiting on. Angel Olsen (not delayed... yet) and TLC. How the F has that not shipped yet? And it's not shipping till Nov? Wasn't that originally set for August.
I naturally cut way back on exclusives, but the constant delays I'm seeing from everyone does not inspire me to commit to any future ones.
Yeah, I mean I'm fine with a pre-order. But constantly failing to meet delivery dates for multiple months is insane. I feel like when most other companies miss a shipping date, it's by like a week. Once VMP misses it, it's already a month. One month is whatever from time to time. Things happen, I get it. But when it becomes "when is the last time something shipped on time" it's a little crazy talk. This is why I never got the "We're going to post exclusives as soon as we know about them......." and delivered god knows when.

Was it the Thou release several months ago? Unfortunately it didn’t seem like that was super popular. Not that all the Jazz releases have been super popular either those avant-garde releases seem to stick around too.I'm DEFINITELY in the minority here, but I am sick of the VMP focus on jazz. I wish they'd try other freaking genres as exclusives, like metal. When was the last time we had an exclusive metal album?

I’d honestly be down for a metal “track” similar to the classics one.I'm DEFINITELY in the minority here, but I am sick of the VMP focus on jazz. I wish they'd try other freaking genres as exclusives, like metal. When was the last time we had an exclusive metal album?
I asked storf a while back about doing something like thisI’d honestly be down for a metal “track” similar to the classics one.
In recent AMA on Reddit he suggested other ROTM tracks seem unlikely as there is too much work involved. He suggested that they’d be more likely to explore styles/genres through the Anthology model.I asked storf a while back about doing something like this
Hell, I'd even take one for the team and curate some metal picks. It'd be like working for the devil but at least I could try to get more metal to some people. In recent AMA on Reddit he suggested other ROTM tracks seem unlikely as there is too much work involved. I think they should just hire a couple more people to curate titles. Lord knows, their prices suggest they could probably handle a few more on the payroll.
