Yeah this is just an incredibly bad look. Like honestly this is the worst thing they've ever done that I can recall in terms of shafting members.

not everyone's, but yea--cancelled a bunch of orders for swaps/add-ons. Then emailed invoices to a lot of people last week whose orders had been cancelled and said they had 48 hours to get it if they wanted a copy. the remaining copies that were not purchased went up in the store.
it does blow my mind how badly they track inventory overall. and new CS has been pretty awful--telling me there are no replacements for records that are currently in stock in the store.

Ok if they emailed EVERYONE who's orders they cancelled then fine, that's ok I suppose. Not great, but ok.

i'm unsure if they emailed everyone or not. i had heard from some people that if they had added on a track and swapped into rocket to russia, they hadn't gotten the email.
it was definitely a fuck up. and i'm sure some people got shafted.

I agree. This is the biggest fail ever. Such a snub to members who were cancelled. I think there are only a few copies but they are burning bridges all around atm.
