See what January brings. With the gift memberships and consolidated streams they might squeak through the first quarter. But if they didn’t already kick out dirty fureners like me, I would not be giving them any money on a promise they might deliver

I feel like this is as good a time as any to mention this... IF they actually ship that new Blue note Anthology pressing I am still in desperate need of a damaged box and a fucked up copy of Lou Donaldson to complete the abomination that is my Frankensteined bLuERnOwTe BOrX. If any of you bought this and end up needing replacements for the actual box or that album due to damage or whatever, Lemme know

They have essentially been doing this for the past year, except the $75 doesn't get you a gift card...but rather, the distant promise of 1-2 high demand records that may never actually be re-pressed. In short, the warning flags have been flying for some time now. And, the time to jump was a few months ago, at best.

As my membership ended, I used the last of my credits to bring the BN box down to $100. I'm holding out for it for now and will speak up if they can't get it right & I have Frankenparts
