Usually at the bottom of their replies they ask for members’ comments about CS. I would definitely complain about the tone and content of that message.
Agreed. So much agreeing. Ugh. And double ugh.A new policy I expected. It still feels a little condescending with them explaining that they can't deliver everything in a "satin-laced" box, as if it's unrealistic to expect things not to arrive damaged. But... I guess that's not surprising anymore, either

I just watched a doc about them a couple nights ago on Hulu. It was inspiring and heartbreaking.It's really good. I probably should have bought the Milano when it was $10, but I was never sure that I even liked it that much. For me and what I enjoy, the Slits and the Sister Gertrude Morgan are no brainers. I already had the Sister Gertrude and still bought another copy for someone. The King Tuff didn't last long, but that was a steal, too.
