Vinyl Me Please (store, exclusives, swaps, etc)

I was just informed that the 1-month sub is now completely gone with the switch to the new store. No more grandfathering in those of us who had it in the past. I only ever pop in every once in a while to grab something I really love, so a 3-month sub will never make sense to me. I guess I'm out for good. I don't understand their logic here, but I guess they're making money so they don't care.

That sucks big time. One month let me pop in once in a while to get a thing or 2 but now its less likely for me to come back.

Bet crate is gone too, I noticed it wouldn't let me check out with the Queen and De La Soul restocks

They literally haven't shipped anything since the 7th. There are gunna be a whole lot of pissed off people this month. And while mine did ship, it's been sitting in "export" for over a week so I suspect they screwed something up in the shipping manifest and it's gunna get returned. So I guess I'm not getting that Buckley...

Really? That’s shocking! I’m glad mine squeezed out on the 7th then, just picked it up this evening!

Ummm...can everyone just wait and take a deep breath and wait until they actually announce that the migration is done???

A competent company would have sent out multiple communications that they were doing a site migration, and then everything related to the site would have been unavailable to the public until the migration was complete. They also should have done this over a weekend to minimize sales issues & customer frustration. I don't even work in these areas; just basic common sense.

I agree that it would be better for people to not be upset once they found out what was going on, but I went to the site this morning before coming here & got to chat to Tyler about everything that was wrong. I had no idea that they were still mid-migration until he said so because I didn't think any company was still dumb enough to do it this way.

Yeah I really don’t think I’ll re-up for the 3 month or more sub now. That’s crazy shitty to some of their longest supporters, myself included.

Agreed ... but that's far too rational. Ha.
