Some random thoughts.
What was the name of this thread changed to? It still just says "[redacted] me please store".
The banning thing without prior warning is oddly reminiscent of one that occurred around this time a few years ago.
Criticize voldemort as much as you want - they deserve it. Praise them when they get it right (which is becoming more and more rare). Call out bad management, horrible CS, questionable responses, radio silence. Let's not attack someone personally though. Leave weight, appearance, family, mental health, etc out of it.
For those that are waiting for them to get their act together and fix all of the problems, I do have a question. Why do you think *this* screw up, out of the dozens and maybe even hundreds of other screw ups, is the one that is going to make them fix everything? From my perspective, they have messed up a ton, apologized or acknowledged just a few, hardly changed practices to ensure no further eff ups and actually, have added more and more problems on top of the previously unsolved-for-years (and I'm talking 3-4 years) problems. They have zero incentive to fix anything. They have not fixed a thing yet and yet people are still throwing money at them. Until we start impacting their bottom line, they will not fix their issues. I think that is where the frustration with each other comes from. Stop rewarding them for their bad behavior! They are in their offices laughing at their CS queue and all the complaints while also seeing how much money those very same members are spending on their overpriced, non-exclusive, non-QC'ed product. They do not care to change because they don't have to at this point.
