Come on, I'm not asking for replacements, I just want everything cancelled and refunded, should be a quick thing to do.

They sent me a “Checking in to let you know that we are still working on answering your question.” email that told me not to send multiple emails (I only sent one) then 9 minutes later sent me the same email you’ve attached above, ironically again reminding to only send one email..

I don't think it's a love/hate situation.
They are a business and people are pissed off because they suck at doing what the are supposed to do.

I did update my initial email to let them know that part of the problem was solved (via PayPal resolution center).
I have now escalated the undelivered sidesubs charges.
