Vinyl Me Please (store, exclusives, swaps, etc)

Just wondering has anyone ever called them? A simple google search gives their phone number, along with their Form D submission to the SEC so that they can get a 506b exclusion. What is a 506b exclusion you ask? TL/DR it allows you to have unaccredited investors in your equity, with no verification needed. You don't have to report to the SEC, or register your securities. Strange that they're in Denver, the jurisdiction is for Delaware, and the phone number is a Wisconson area code. I'm at work and can't call right now, but just wondering if anyone has ever had success calling them, or is it even a valid phone number.

Rule 506 B: Everything you need to know

I'm pretty sure they do have an office in Madison - due to my location, google maps always gives me an option to go there when I google VMP. It's likely just a small rented office space - I assume that's where Storf and Ameliah work.

They’re a real nowhere club
Sitting in Delaware and Wisconsin and Colorado
Making all their nowhere plans for nobody
They don’t have a point of view
Know not where they’re going to
They really aren’t even a little bit like you and me.
Nowhere club please listen
You don't know what you're missing
Nowhere club, the community was at your command
They’re as blind as they can be
Just see what they want to see
Nowhere club, can you see me at all
Nowhere club don't worry
OK, nevermind, please hurry
Leave it all 'til somebody else
Lends you a hand
Ah, la, la, la, la
Doesn't have a point of view
Knows not where they’re going to
They aren’t really even a little bit like you and me
Nowhere club please listen

So...I decided to pry a bit and ask their social media coordinator what the deal was with deleting comments.

She said, and I quote: "it escalated on socials so quickly that we decided to temporarily disable comments in order to focus our time on responding to the emails and tickets in the queue"

Which, of course, makes no sense whatsoever

Oh, so CS wasn't answering the e-mails because they were reading the comments on Instagram...
