lets fully admit right away that the needles & grooves community does not support SWATing in any form (whether its a company or a person)

thats a serious criminal offense and that should not be given a platform

Yeah, staff members received death threats. They hope it was just trolls, but you never know. I had suggested in my points to talk about to have a "get to the staff" thing but I can fully see why they would not be excited to do such a thing after hearing that.

@Enoch with regard to VMP, for some of us, there is no future. I wont give you a hard time about your """reflections""" comment because I do like you, but to be honest, what was the point of it? Is the intention for you to try and fix Vinyl Me, Please via the N&G community?

The reason given today was the forum was created in a much different time in the company's history and is not where the company is today. I get that. He also mentioned that while over 90% of the forum was great, when it got bad it got really bad. He admitted they received great feedback from the forum. He said (and take this however you want) that they thought a space like that should be just about music and not a company.

You missed that this is a VMP thread on this forum and some people still care (to what degree is up to them). If you don't care that is great you don't have to. If you don't care may I ask why you are even in this thread and feel the need to comment on this? You have checked out, so check out. I know this is very direct, but this thread is set up for people to still follow and get info about VMP and I just gave info, that is the point.
