If it makes you feel any better, I did the same thing. I didn't plan on buying my ultradeck + Lintons when i did...but the price on the Lintons went up pretty substantially and @Russ I helped me find them at the old price (plus no tax + free shipping). Then the Ultradeck was open box right before the prices jumped. I think I ended up saving about $1,000 in the long run. Even my wife told me to go for it haha

Mahogany is certainly beautiful. Just not the right vibe for me on stereo stuff.

I’m with you. I love the red mahogany ones. And I prefer black audio gear vs silver so I’m really in the minority here for audio equipment color preferences!
