OMG! We’re turning @NathanRicaud into a punk now! There are 2 good versions out there. Their whole catalogue was remastered a couple of years ago and that’s a good press and they released a 40th anniversary press in December that has a fancier sleeve, I have that and it’s also a great press. The clash are just pure perfection as a band for me!

One of the best modern jazz records out of London with such a great spiritual vibe, and one of the best jazz things VMP put out (I prefer the second disc of outtakes over the first even).

Yes, I’m changing so quickly! I’m definitely not a punk in terms of music taste but haven’t really delved into the genre much yet!

So this is the copy you have I’m guessing Joe? Sony Music, 2019 European reissue?

Thats the very one! It’s kinda cool artwork. The card sleeve is just the photo of Paul Simonon smashing his bass on stage with the band and album name printed on a hard clear plastic slip case that goes over it! If that doesn’t interest you though I’m pretty sure the current standard one is the same pressing and is a little bit cheaper.
 
Just taken me the best part of 90 minutes to look through the past week of y'alls spins but it's my favourite thread so well worth it.

Thanks for those details about the packaging! I can definitely imagine what the photo/jacket would look like! I’m going to grab this album on Sunday I think! It’s only AUD$40 and I am so keen to play it on vinyl! 🤟
