J Dilla - Donuts (Jelly Edition)
It's been far too long since I listened to this through so it had a prime spot tonight. Love the look of this variant and brings the package together nicely. Sounding great and didn't realise how much I'd missed some of these tracks
edit: I’ll be feeling this a lot but just turned to side D and it really is magical. The gentle lifting and moving. The careful brush placement. Putting the lever down and intently watching the two connect, baited breath for that first sound of reassurance. It connects you to the music physically in tandem with doing so emotionally. What a beautiful thing.

I see that this happened to a few people, so I followed the instructions for a replacement jacket. We‘ll see.
The album sounds really really good! And I proudly wore my @PUSA t shirt to work today.

The live soundstage performance Jeff Stein got out of the band for this documentary, the last time Keith Moon played live, is top shelf. He basically told them maybe the punk bands were right - they were washed up. Pete took offense. When he struts toward stage right with his thumbs in his shirt mid-song, he's looking at Jeff Stein
