Stevie Nicks - Bella Donna (Modern Records, 2020 VMP Essentials Pressing)

I'm really happy with this pick from VMP, one of their strongest in a while for me especially when considering what actually constitutes as an 'Essential' record. I know a lot of people have had issues with receiving a solid looking pressing, but mine seems to be exactly like the mock-up and is pretty impressive, especially when held up to the light (although the photo does make it look black ).

Really interesting LP. Great use of effects, distortion, and feedback. Not an easy album to categorize. Hard to get a good photo of vinyl but a light is under the album. It is a dark semitransparent black with white streaks. Label calls it clear black so maybe it is a faulty mix job. Sounds great regardless.
