What's Spinning

So it looks like Instagram is blocking Bill Evans tags for whatever reason, and keeps removing my entire caption as a result. So here's today's caption:

Miles Davis - Kind Of Blue
.
Sunday mornings were made for jazz. It's hard to be blue listening to this landmark album by the king of cool and a stacked deck of accompanying players, all legends in their own right

The Jazz Messengers Featuring Art Blakey - Ritual (1957/58 Mono....Mystery Pressing???)

Im always baffled by this pressing. It has the original first pressing sleeve, but with an World Pacific Jazz label (which I cant find online) and 'Bonus Record. Not For Sale' stamped on the back of the sleeve. I do know that Columbia 'traded' Art Blakey for one session in exchange for one session with Chet Baker, which is cool. Its a killer session with Jackie McLean featuring on sax.
