Hey all. Been too absorbed in gaming (thanks Cyberpunk and Valorant) to buy or spin records lately. My wallet thanks me. But, I had to grab this RSDBF release. A pretty under the radar release from a fun band lead by Mike Campbell. Naturally, there's a Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers vibe. Really good record.
Sounds like Tom is channeling thru Mike's vocal. Unsettling and comforting, all at the same time...

Well this was an unexpected treat. I went into this blind, knowing that I like the musicians featured and im blown away by how great it is. It gives me 'Donny Trumpet and the Social Experiment' vibes, with a cool mix of slow jams and jazz. Great stuff.
