I really love this album from Avery. He recently released a Thelonious Monk tribute which I need to check out.

I'm not a huge compilation person, but this is a great mix of studio and live recordings. The live tracks show the bands talent and energy and the album covers their best output in my opinion before heading into the 80's. Great album if you want to give R.E.O a try..........recommended very much
