I spent a lot of time with this(cassette) when it first came out. It’s just the right amount of everything.

Yep, same here. I wore my cassette version out. I still remember where I was the first time I played it. My mom had picked my friends and I up after an afternoon hanging out at the mall. I had bought the cassette, either at Sam Goody or Cactus Records. We listened to it on the way home, and I remember saying, “Oh, that guitar sounds like Johnny Marr!”, and “This one reminds me a bit of The Cure!”
