Working on my backlog tonight

Madonna - Like a Prayer

My love for her just keeps growing and with this I have completed her 80s discography, dont see my self competing her whole discography but I will probably end up owning most of them by the end of it. Excited to start grabbing her 90s work and to really dig into them

But "Vogue"...TBH, you'd be better just buying The Immaculate Collection on wax or trying to pick up the singles. I was just going through my digital Madonna collection and the hardest Madonna soundtrack cuts to come by would probably be "I Remember" from the Your Honor Soundtrack and "This Used To Be My Playground" from the A League Of Their Own Soundtrack. I don't think either is on either of her Greatest Hits albums

Of the 90s albums I think The one I would want most on wax would be Erotica. "Deeper and Deeper" is a legit top 5 disco song.

Oh dont get me wrong, not having vogue hurts haha, it's crazy how many of her all time great songs arent from albums (looking at you "Into the Groove") I honestly havent listend to any of the film soundtracks because I've never seen any of the movies haha, guess I should check them out!

As for her 90s output I absolutely need Erotica (such an underrated gem in her discography) and of course Ray of Light, and then at that point I might as well finish out the decade by getting Bedtime Stories

The Immaculate Collection also has "Justify My Love" which I think was recorded specifically for the collection.

J. Tillman - A Year in the Kingdom

It's crazy to me just how devoid of personality his older stuff his when his catalog as FJM is bursting with it! Cool to listen to these to really see his transition from mediocre folk musician to arguably my favorite artist/songwriter
