Travis - The Man Who

So many memories tied to this album. I saw them live several times around its release when I was a teenager. They were an excellent live band which really surprised me. I hadn’t listened to this in a long time and the new reissue sounds great. The songs hold up well too. Really fun hearing an album you know so well on vinyl for the first time.

Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers - The Best of Everything

4 x 33 1/3 RPM box set.

An excellent collection and it was less expensive than just Wildflowers on vinyl. He had such an amazing body of work. He passed too soon.

If you don't have it, this 7LP beast is worth every penny. Tom really connected live and this set does him justice...

Hank Mobley - Soul Station

Happy Birthday Hank Mobley, he was born 07/07/1930. Started off with this fantastic album featuring Art Blakey, Wynton Kelly and Paul Chambers. I also had a read of this section of my book which includes some photos taken for consideration for the album cover. Great stuff.
