This mornings Jazz selection comes from @Colonel_Angus. This is his "blind" buy for me. Just got through the first side and I'm diggin' it....love the horns

DJ Kicks - Peggy Gou (2019 on !K7 Records - Limited to 100 copies)
The 'Enhanced Limited Edition' copy of Peggy Gou's DJ Kicks. 2LP gatefold is signed by Peggy, and includes a polaroid collage and a really cool lenticular postcard (the album cover with/without the tiger and a couple of stats on the decline in the tiger population and a link to a website on the back).

Mort Garson - Mother Earths Plantastia (2019 Tough Trade 'Terra Cotta Planter' limited to 300)
Great album and feels like I have been waiting for a repress for ages. Once you get past the gimmicky title/theme theres some killer music here. Not sure about the Terra Cotta Planter colour.....basically a dark brown
One thing it did come with is a download card embedded with wildflower seed, which I think is a great idea and really eco-friendly. My girlfriend is already looking for a suitable pot and will plant it soon.

It’s Blue Note: Uncompromising Expression by Richard Havers and it’s a truly fantastic book. It was released as part of the Blue Note 75th anniversary. It’s pretty pricy to pick up but can be found on eBay cheap every now and again. I believe I paid around £15 for this sealed.
