My wife came into the kitchen looking very unimpressed and asked, "Why do we even have this?" Which is a very valid question. Mostly because it was very cheap and I wanted the Prince and Bruce Springsteen songs included. Most of it is very cringe though.

Nice! Yeah, I was aware of that one. The Mix-Up is all new original instrumental music; whereas the first one you played is a comp of instrumental stuff from their earlier albums, correct? I have Beastie Boys playlist of all their instrumental jams but didn’t realize they had released a comp on wax. I will have to keep a lookout. I just found an original pressing of MCA and Burzootie’s “Drum Machine” 12” single from my local for a reasonable price and was happy to pick that up. I would also like the eventually grab a copy of Money Marks first album and a copy of Ad-Rock’s early 2000 side project BS2000.
