Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack) (2010)
Flattest damn record I've ever bought at Barnes And Noble. This movie is fantastic, and the soundtrack fits it perfectly! Not only are the pop punkish songs made for the movie great, but the soundtrack also has contributions from Metric, The Rolling Stones, (it's not) Beck and The Bluetones, among others.
One of my favorite movies, lol. I keep passing by this soundtrack, one of these days I'll have to actually pick it up........SEX BOB-OMB!!View attachment 12250

Playing the bonus LP, For All Mankind, as the Apollo LP has an unplayable rumble warp through the first few tracks. I got this thru Burning Shed in the UK - and I'm glad I forgot that I ordered it because I've been waiting on the Amazon order for this record. Sometimes having a bad memory is a good thing.
I'll see what the vinyl flat can do with this, but I'm not expecting it to get fixed. Seems I've gotten a few bad pressings from Optimal in the last year or so...usually with this same issue.

Cut by Miles Showell at Abbey Road
Pressed at Optimal
That's too bad. I actually got my copy from Amazon, but the jacket was totally beat to shit (huge dog-eared corner) in a somehow perfectly mint mailer. I ordered a new one, but if there's warping issues with this release I'll wait for the new one to come in before sending back the damaged copy - maybe I can cobble together a good one from the two.
