A nice follow-up to his debut. This one is a little more acoustic, open and laid back, and sounds great on this pressing.

They Might Be Giants-Flood
Fun times were had at this BFRSD. I think it was top of my list that day and I wasn’t sure if I’d get a copy. I did end up grabbing one and while I was shopping around a younger fellow who also had a copy, proposed a trade. He was after the yellow copy which was limited to 100 out of 3,000.
I agreed and things did not work out for him.
This was also an epic day for @girlnevergoesout who had to put a bro in his place over the Last Christmas single and then that same bro showed up later to flip us off.
And what were the odds that lil Sis would also get a copy!!
While side 1 has most of the bangers, Sapphire Bullets of Pure Love slaps the hardest.

I'm glad you claimed it. The Papa M albums like Whatever Mortal are great, too.
I wish he would repress his Misfits cover album, Scream With Me. I think it was one of those random lo fi bedroom recordings that others had to convince him to release, so I assumed that he'd never care to revisit it, but he just did a Halloween show playing those tunes in LA. Paz Lenchantin joined him for that.
The the more you're familiar with Pajo, Paz, and Matt Sweeny, the weirdo the idea is that they made up the rest of Zwan with Billy Corgan.
